They look pretty similar to me, and I can’t think of any other Patek dial that makes use of these. As the 5004a was released around 2012 it’s been nearly a decade since Patek made use of them. Thought I’d post a side by side shot, And here are a few more ...

More an observation regarding the hour markers used on these two watches. The legibility is pretty darn good in this configuration on both dials. All the best!

Regarding your question, these hour markers have been used before in vintage Pateks, one such example being the ref 2481. (They’ve also been used in other vintage time only watches like in vintage IWC cal 89). If you look at ref 2481, another feature it s...
