Parmigiani

For no reason at all . . . a few shots of the Toric Tourbillon (circa 2000)

The logo and cabachon at the 12 position. All screw heads, front and back, are polished.

A lot of eye candy on the frontside with exquisite finishing on all surfaces including the black polished round tourbillon bridge. A subtle yet pleasing detail: red diamond-shaped markers below the tourbillon.

My favorite view of the watch: the case profile. Here you can see Michel Parmigiani's affinity for Greek architecture with the "compressed Doric column" double-stepped knurled bezel.

The backside of this manually wound watch. I would like to have a look under the plate someday.

The low profile 40 mm case is stable and comfortable on the wrist. Probably any strap will look good on this watch. I like the look of this saffiano "Shadow Navy" strap from A Collected Man.

Thanks for looking my friends.
