- Last post here has been >10days ago;

- Last 10 watch magazines i recently browsed featured NOT one single FP timepiece, nor FP advertisement for that matter;

- Even though FP boutique shop supposedly opening in Singapore next year(?), i see no sign of that at all walking in downtown Orchard Road (not on billboard, nor anywhere else);

- The last time i chatted with the watch dealers, they seemed more interested talking about the Pateks;

Why so quiet?

Are Journers simply taking a break, and just minding their own business?

Or is it just me ...

I am quite keen to see what the Chronometre Bleu looks like in some better pictures.

Agreed... it has been too quiet.

Two new boutiques (Beijing and NY) are set to open, we are anxiously awaiting for deliveries of the first Repetition Minutes Soveraine, and Vagabondage II. Still waiting for more information on the Chronometer Bleu and Journes new ladies watch with a multi year batter life.

Interesting while this forum has been quiet the number of PM's I have received is not. Many of you have been searching for rare Journe pieces, or considering additions to your collections.

Separately, has anyone noticed that Journe has changed the size of his straps? Not total length but the size of each half. For example the short side is now longer which adjusts where the tang buckle rests on one's wrist.

this is interesting. I bought a regular size black strap for my CS in the Paris Boutique this summer and I am very unhappy with the ratio of lengths - the short bit is so short that the buckle comes to lie on the ulnar edge of  my lower arm (instead of in the middle where I think it should be) although I have a normal 7" wrist. Have they chenged things since then?

I'm not sure when they started producing the new strap sizes but i do recall seeing them for at least 6 months in the hong kong boutique. interesting I prefer the old ones.
