Did you visit a boutique like others have suggested in your previous inquiry thread?

There are no firm answers.....
...... I have visited the boutique four times in less than a year (which is about 5 hours to drive each way).
They know what I want, they know I'm committed to the brand but they cannot tell me when what I want arrives.
I'm afraid that there is simply no certain answer to your question. Due to the shortage of the product and a huge interest across the globe you'll just have to be patient .....and eventually they will call you .
If you keep persistent with the boutique perhaps they can at least give you some rough idea of timing but I doubt that you are going to get a meaningful answer from members here because each individual situation is different.

As I understand it, once you are on the approved owner list you are allocated 1 piece a year.
Since they only produce around 1,000 each year I guess this means that if you’re not already “in the system” you’re reliant upon the number of existing approved owners in the aggregate and wanting pieces in the ensuing calendar year being below the magic 1,000 number so leaving pieces available for new entrants. This is why they can’t be precise on timing. If you purchase pre-owned this enhances your making it on the boutique list as they see you as a true devotee of the brand - not a flipper. They then record you in their system as the owner of the aggregate number pieces in your collection, regardless of whether they came new from them or the pre-owned market.

Optimum may be a difficult first watch to get. If you are planning to get a 42. May want to look at the secondary market. It's not much more than msrp.
