But also have to say that anyone who has that Accutron tuning fork watch already has taste in my book. That watch makes me think you might be an engineer!

Most of my watches came to me by chance or circumstance. Other than the Pasha that's the only other watch I purposefully pursued. I like it. There was a bluegrass guitarist named Tony Rice that was an Accutron fanatic. Congratulations! I always loved and still love the Pasha line of watches.
My first luxury watch was a two-tone Pasha C like yours but without the GMT function. As you pointed out the base calibre is ETA 2892 so any competent watch maker should be able to fix and maintain it.
