But also have to say that anyone who has that Accutron tuning fork watch already has taste in my book. That watch makes me think you might be an engineer!

My first luxury watch was a two-tone Pasha C like yours but without the GMT function. As you pointed out the base calibre is ETA 2892 so any competent watch maker should be able to fix and maintain it.
Tank: Iconic. Santos: Historic. Pasha? Dubious made-up back story, dropped from production what...twice? Three times? Poor thing can't get any respect!
