Jokerslye,
Welcone to our website.
To come straight to the point: NO - we have no more information than you. This is the first time that I have seen such a watch.
It is "in the style" of Piaget watches of that period but I cannot be sure of the origin or provenance. perhaps one of the most useful facts would be what movement does it have? Mechanical winding by hand or by rotor? Quartz with battery power?
At that time, Piaget did not use specific model names.
If that is a Piaget watch of that era, it would be simply called: "Square watch, Gender (Ladies / Gents), Case (material colour) (Measurement in mm) with matching bracelet."
If, as you mentioned, only five pieces were made, I would not be surprised as even today, individual variations at Piaget may only number 50 pieces e.g. 50 yellow, 50 white, 50 rose, 10 platinum even if NOT Limited Editions.
All Swiss commpanies are now closed for Christmas and New Year; we may find out more when they return to business hours.
Regards,
MTF
Jokerslye,
In 1974, there was no model name.
From the followng photos, you can see the different elements of your watch in other watches from Piaget.
Using different gold colours in the same piece was also a Piaget design motif.

Piaget ultra-thin hand-wound movement 9P. Manufactured in 1974.
As you can see from the photo, that watch model was not so rare at that time.
The two-colours gold version was probably less frequently produced but we have no means of tracing the number of pieces produced.
A 5-piece series may be too low production. Import restriction of 5 pieces to your market is plausible.
It belongs to the “Legend on gold bracelet” collection.
