I'm not an expert, but it looks like it could be a fake. Better quality larger photos might be more helpful. Also where did you "find" this watch. Most of the time in the VC and Cartier forums I've frequented, when people post questions about watches they found, the watches are fakes. I hope I am wrong, for the original poster's sake.
