Can someone tell me if this auto calibre extra slim is the fruit of a assiciation between PIAGET,Büren and Universal-Genève. It seems that this colaboration during the 5Oies gave birth to this fabulous calibre. Thank you for your answers.

...resulting in the caliber 12P.  Valentin Piaget filed a patent for the caliber in 1959 and it began to be marketed in 1960.  Piaget has supplied movements to many companies, but I have not read of a connection between the organizations you reference in relation to the development of the 12P.
