Hello Movement Gurus,

Piaget started as a  movement manufacture in the late 18th century providing movements to some prestigious brands before branding their own dials in the 1940's. Can you please help me identify which brands they supplied movements to prior to that?

It's a secret. Despite my research, including the input of several watchmakers I admire for their technical and historical knowledge, no source could definitively tell me to whom Piaget provided movements. And here it was all along, right under my nose in a very well documented, informative, not to mention enjoyable, article.
