I haven't seen such beautiful vintage Rolex's since... we had lunch! LOL.

It's nice to see a little vintage love at IGOTT.

The Bakelite bezel GMT is to die for.

While in L.A, I had our Londonian GTG Lunch in mind...

I can't imagine how the L.A GTG would be with our Baron friend.



I may soon get a nice surprise, by the way. Something close to a piece I fell in love with, when we met in London, and a piece of yours...

There are  much more variations on a same reference... Look at the GMTs, for example, or the Subs...

And the problem is that the budget is much more important...

But I can tell you that the pleasure they will bring you is immense, as you could experience it with some of the Vintage JLC watches.

Is this your new one, the one you told me where waiting for? Bezel looks amazing - the bakerlite or resin?, infact the whole set, with box and papers is stunning!

IMO that model is THE best GMT in the world!!

Mine is on Patrice's wrist, now, and I locked the 6542 I told you... But it will take some time to fund it.

Beautiful rolexes, great close-ups and pictures! They certainly are the eye candy! They almost look too precious to touch...I love the colored ones - they just have such a vintage-y feel to them. Thanks for the post. I didn't see if you said which one was your favorite...which had the best feel to them, in your opinion? All the watches seem to cry out 'timeless'!

It is hard to resist to the appeal  of each of them, indeed.

The good thing with these Vintage is that each of them is very  special, almost unique, due to their patina.

Which one do I prefer?

I mentionned it... The 6542, certainly because I'm more a GMT fan than a Sub Fan, but close to my choice, I'd say the 6538 4 lines, which is another bomb.
