the story of the Trieste, Piccard and the Deep Sea deserved such a passionate hommage !
And such a watch of course !

Ahh memories...The Trieste is an amazing piece of equipment. We used it for a case study at University. The petrol-filled ballast chambers. The claustrophobia. The required thickness of the plexi viewing window... now that made you look twice at your calculator!
Thanks for posting!
That will be a lot of overtime work for me;-)

Is this be released by Rolex or by the Jacques Piccard Foundation?

Hello Philipp,
Wonderful, especially as the inner ring writing has disappeared!! If you can reserve numbers, number 60 for me please
Look forward to it,
regards
Tim
I would more then SUPER happy, if it will be possible to get this fantastic watch! Even I'm sure that I have to talk with my wife, because I went to Paris to buy a JLC Polaris Boutique Edition around two weeks ago. That means I'll have to work even harder to afford this watch.. (if it will be possible to get one...?) I'll send you a private mail Philippe. (Hope you can support me in getting this watch and in discussing my little issue with my lovely wife...LOL)
I mean speaking to your wife.
But I'm quite pretty sure they are all sold out...
Best,
Nicolas
