I do try to be careful with them but other than that nothing special. If I do anything extreme in terms of sports or activity I would not wear them - wearing either a Garmin or my Apple Watch for sports
As for Apple and other smart watches..
In my chosen pastime, old man rowing, I am the only one in our regular crew not relying on a watch to check if their heart is still functioning properly. Lack of breath and sweat still work for me. 😉

Yes you have a good memory! For me in turned out ok as I prefer the darker blue of the 21 versus the 007. And as you I live the spring drive accuracy!
