- Is the watch on sale and available?
- Also I plan to travel to Geneva in Feb from US where I live. Is it better to buy in Geneva vs USA? Any advantages or disadvantages?

One doesn't need to be knowledgeable for that kind of questions, maybe just "informed" .
Not all of the 2023 newly introduced models hit the market yet, only recently we've seen shipments of some of the new models .
And a tip, as for where to purchase?
I'd use this relatively large spent to strengthen my so-called relations with a dealer in mt state.
The gold Rolexes are in poor demand, gold dress Rolexes are even in a lower demand. a customer stepping in to buy such a watch is a win for the seller. I would leverage this purchase to get another watch that I won't and won't be able to get without "spending"..
