I have a number of (non-Rolex) watches that I have never worn and will never wear. That's because they are the exact same models as other watches that I do wear. I got the first examples because I actually wanted to wear the watches, and then I got the doubles, etc., purely because I enjoyed the hunt -- the challenge of looking far and wide for good examples of relatively rare, discontinued watches for fair prices.
