Hello. I must say I've become enamored with the Portuguese Automatic. I'm torn between the black dial with black strap and the white dial with blue strap. What are your opinions regarding this watch and could you offer any personal experiences or preferences with either color selection. Thanks in advance for your comments.
This has been on my purchase list for a long time
and it is still there. My choice for this watch is clearly white dial with blue strap. Some IWC movements are really nice and the movement of this watch is one of those. This Portugese would make a nice "Daily Beater".

My pick would be the white dial with blue strap.The slender blued feuille hands over the white dial with appliqued arabic numerals is just sublime. I also like the visually balanced dial layout and the decent size of 42.3 mm. . I wear panerais as well and know of many paneristis who have this in their collection. Watch comes with a very efficient Pellaton winding system with a 7 day power reserve.
