Looking for new casual watches I got good proposal from AD about....I don't sure this is usual set because both - leather strap and bracelet included. So, Panerai 326/327. I thinked sometime about chrono and Ti - so, why not? But I somewhat confused by non-inhouse movement and probably pretty big thickness.
Please advise is it "real" wanted and collectable Panerai? How comfortable is it ?- I never worn watches of such size.
Durable - movement and Ti case? How versatile blue dial and Ti case combo?
The PAM326 and PAM327 aren't the "hot" Panerai's so they don't have any "collectibility" factor IMO. If you like the blue dial and titanium combo, then the PAM326 / 327 is match made in heaven for you.
I suggest trying on the watch at your AD to see how comfortability is on your wrist. If you're not used to wearing a 44mm Panerai, then I highly suggest trying it on your wrist at your AD. My wrist is 6.75" and I find a 44mm Luminor the perfect size.
Movement-wise, the movement inside is extremely durable and should last you a long time. Not an in-house movement but a very robust movement.
Cheers,
Anthony
Just changed my mind and new choice is.... Pam 233 ! I like their mid-simplicity and GMT and PR are useful for me.
But visit to AD made me little be sad :-( AD can't propose it to me soon. However, 320, 321, 347 are available very soon. What I will lose to pick it up instead 233 ?
320....hmmmm....I'd like to see PR on front.
321....hmmmm....frankly speaking nothing to lose because 3 days are enough for me; but win reasobable price difference
. 347....hmmmm....bracelet is always useful but as I know Pam's lovers mostly prefer straps.
Please share your opinions to support my choice.
