I have to admit that there are some duos, in here that would truly justify your....quote...
Thanks anyway.....Sergio
I'v always loved this shot of yours Mirador!
Glad to see you posting again, and sharing this highly desired shot!

I would of course wish so much for a vintage Radiomir, preferably the Ref. 2533!
And a PAM 21 together with a PAM 203 just like our dearest Anths does is mightily perfect!
But well, for me, for the contemporary, and for what i'v been blessed with in the recent times, I present these 2 as my Aces!
One is a Radiomir ( which has caused quite a stir as of late) and the other is well a Luminor if your definition of a Luminor from the present is a Panerai with a crown-guard!
Cheers!

But actually even the L'Egiziano has quite a huge chunk of modern reinterpretation from Panerai too, the case which naturally occupies the largest portion of the watch is crafted out of titanium, a feat which would have been impossible back in 1956.
And the modern in-house movement that powers both pieces ( as opposed to the externally sourced Rolex and Angelus) also provides much better reliability and more importantly accuracy than in the past. My 339 which is still undergoing it's trial period and have not been wound in the past 10 days is still showing very promising results!
Thus both are equally new in their own rights.
Cheers and terima kasih!

)I can just imagine the uproar on the forums! But i would have prefered and worn it too if it was crafted out of Platinum! 777 grams!
Lol!
Thank you very VERY Sam!
Cheers
Stephen

You certainly beat me in that, and prices too!
Nice duo!

Very rare sighting indeed!

I am definitely hoping for a genuine Luminor at 47mm next!
Or as i still say it again, a re-homage to my most beloved vintage Panerai, the ref. 2533!
A beintot!
Stephen
cuz i knew it would be a treat!
Well done on those pieces, pal!
Cheers,
