Ordered my first Panerai - 351
Evening all
Just a quck note to say hi and to say I finally put a deposit on my first Panerai this weekend. I've ordered a 351, and I'm just a tad excited 
. I find out about the estimated delivery date on Monday / Tuesday this week. I have a feeling it'll be a long wait. An added bunus was that the wife didn't pass out when the nice gentleman at the AD confirmed the price, so that was good. I'd like to thank all the members on the forum for the knowledge they've shared whilst I've been umming and arrhing about which one to get. I'd pretty much decided on the 312 until I saw the 351. Both beautiful but the 351 just stole it. Now all I have to do is avoid looking at straps...

I hope it doesn't take too long to get your PAM351. It's a great 44mm brushed titanium 1950 Luminor w/ gold hands and brown dial!

It's a very good choice. I think that I might get myself the same one. I really like the brown dial.
It's also good to have an understanding wife.

Thanks - Strap Question ?
I think the brown dial and gold hands look stunning in the press photos, but without seeing it in the flesh, its difficult to know how it will look with the black rubber strap and the JV strap (my favourite strap). Of course the black face of the 312 goes well with both rubber and JV strap, I just hope they suit the 351 also
