I bought my first PAM in 2001. For some years after, I would order new SIHH releases the second they dropped.
On average, the wait was probably 8-12 months.

That model interests me too--I've always loved the 372 and kin but 47mm just isn't working, so this model is right up my alley.
Maybe I'll poke my head in the Boston boutique tomorrow, see what they've got!
