Collectors Market

I do not know much about the watch so don't know if I am asking too much or too little. The serial number is 438660 whicc tells me it was made probably in 1938 the numbers on the case are 281489. If anyone is interested please get in touch with me and we can work something out from the little research I have done I doubt I can afford to sent it to Vacheron. Feel free to ask any questions or comments.

I dont even know if what I am asking is reasonable, if someone is interested please make me an offer, I have a wife about to pop and need the money much more than the watch
