The steak sauce sounds nice.....We have BBQ sauce over here for this Halloween burger which is OK.
The squid ink I'm talking about is to make the bun black....Japan use squid ink but Europe and I believe the US just use black food colouring which, as has been discussed in the press, has an odd side effect about 24 hours later...!!!
