Many thanks Raymond. Yes, changed the strap while at the Omega boutique as the OEM strap is too stiff and not comfortable. It would need a ton of break-in time to get anywhere near as comfortable as this denim jean strap 😁😉😜

The OEM Cordura strap is EXTREMELY stiff and very uncomfortable at the beginning and would have to be broken in. Going with a pre-existing strap or a new one which is much more supple makes the wearing experience much more enjoyable so you can truly enjoy the watch from the beginning 😉👍

I’m thinking of adding a deployant clasp instead of the pin buckle.
I thought about a deployant strap as well and could still do that but not really needed and I actually like the pin buckle so I can play with the case back...
The easiest thing to do is order a Snoopy 2 type of strap for deoloyant buckle in blue to match the Snoopy 3, problem solved. 🤷♂️

Your boss will love it. Definitely delays due to COVID-19. I was 1st at my Omega boutique and have been 1st for many years. It still took this long to receive the 1st piece so I am thinking many of the boutiques are experiencing the same delays 🤷♂️🤔

True I knew it was incoming but it still does not change my delight or excitement from receiving it and knowing that I can finally add it to my collection...
Honestly, it is probably the most fun I have had with a new purchase in a LONG time, maybe ever. I have thoroughly enjoyed other purchases and don't want to downplay any of them as I have waited a couple years for my FPJ CB and other watches but the feeling was not the same as with the Snoopy 3. It is tough to explain really.
The others are super satisfying to purchase and add to the collection but the buying experience and playing with the Snoopy was a bit more child-like and joyful as well as a bit if nostalgia 🤷♂️😊
