Ref: 49865 in all its glory
This is my favourite execution of the ww.tc aka ww.tc small seconds. Less busy than the chronograph version and also a bit smaller at 41mm which I prefer. Very comfortable to wear and very well finished in an attractive colour combination of amber/ brown dial and rose gold. I take it out for special occasions. Does anyone here have the same in different execution?

Like you, I have a clear preference for the WW.TC without chrono and... date. I like the fact it’s 41mm instead of 43mm
Maybe I have a soft spot for the sportier steel / grey dial version but it’s mainly a matter of taste. The 49851 with the power reserve is top cool too.

Well, Ref 49865 was only available in
Steel and Pink Gold.
However, 49850 (small seconds and PR) did come in white gold, special edition also without date.

Surprisingly, a power reserve indicator does not breank the balance of the dial.
GP really know how to design dials with "unbalanced balance", as CC's equation of time also proves.

Thanks for the reminder.
Actually, it proves the conspiracy theory that we are insidiously brainwashed by we-do-not-know-whom because I had forgotten that the chronograph was not compulsory with the Girard-Perregaux world timer. 
Is that why I can barely remember if a red, white and blue variant was seen in the early 2000s?
