I've been looking for an automatic Memovox World Time for a while now. I came across this one and was thinking about making an offer on it, but had a few questions I was hoping you could all amswer.
1. Is it an authentic world time?
2. How much do you think I should offer?
3. Can the damage on the dial be cleaned without further damaging it?

- The inner disk do not match the outer disk.
2. How much do you think I should offer?
- Sorry, we do not discuss prices here.
3. Can the damage on the dial be cleaned without further damaging it?
- To some extent but it will still be a "repainted" watch.
