I do love the articulated rubber bracelet (have it on my Squadra) but it adds some extra weight that I am not that fond of…

 

The good thing with the ARB is that it’s very comfortable and good looking!

May be the NSA ARB version is lighter; I have the RG version to my Squadra.

yes the clasp is in TI. I really don't find it that heavy compaired to the leather strap that was on it when I purchased the watch.

Oh by the way my wife has finally caught on to the fact that I purchased it. Certainly took her a while.

It is really a weekend watch.

I always found them comfortable, but now I'm beginning to appreciate them, too, on an aesthetical  ground.

It enhances the NDA dark side, eeerrrr, I meant, darkness.

and in the clasp they have a little feature that permits you to lenghten the strap a little for days when it is hot and your wrist gets a little bigger.

Hey another feature on the NSA that I just noticed by accident is that on the crown that is intended to set the alarm, the words "Alarm" and "Date" are engraved on the backside to ensure that you know which way to turn the crown to either set the date or the alarm.

Had not noticed this feature before, tried to take a picture but it did not come out very good.

to avoid any confusion  when setting the Alarm or the Date.

It doesn't ruin the aesthetic of the watch, as the writing is discrete.

Yes, the writing is discrete and faces down when the crown is closed so you only see it when setting the date or alarm. very helpful feature.

Looks great. grigo! I've been wearing my NSA almost daily so it can get a bit dirty. I've found bath and hand soap can leave a slightly white residue on some of my rubber straps so i've avoided using soap on the articulated rubber. So far, i've found a good rinsing with warm water removes any dust or dirt from between the links or inside the clasp and keeps the watch looking clean. When i remove the bracelet i'll usually wash the case with mild soap and warm water. Does anyone have a good suggestion for cleaning the rubber bracelet if water won't do the trick?

It should do the job. Try maybe first on a small aerea on the back side to see how it goes.

Hello! I just bought that strap for my navyseal chrono gmt, the one with yellow details. I hated the original leather one, tried a panerai leather, and yesterday took the articulated. It is pretty expensive, but its awesome! The watch got amazing, very confortable and great looking! When i can i'll put some photos.

I love the rubber brazalete. Since I saw the NSA I have always believed that it is the one wich gives  most character to  this watch.

About the cleaning issue, my AD here in brazil gave me a cleanig kit for rubber from cartier that i believe that works, this bracelet is almost the same as the cartier pasha seatimer, and i'm used to use on my wifes cartier brecelet and works very well...
