Just wanted to share with you my Master Compressor chronograph with a custom Jaeger LeCoultre sharkskin strap in athracite with double red stitching and rubber backing.  The combination just looks awesome.  The black specks on the strap blends really well with the watch's dial.  Got the strap from the JLC boutique in Beverly Hills courtesy of Mr. Seth Baert(he can hook you up with all your custom JLC strap needs).

love it...these JLCs are really tempting me...

The strap looks perfect for the MC Chrono.  So how does the rubberized back feel on the skin?  Comfortable?  Does the rubber add to the thickness of the strap?  I have been thinking about getting a strap with the rubberized backing, too.

The rubber backing feels comfortable and it seems to make the strap a little thicker than normal which just works well with this kind of watch.

It is very rare to see the JLC MCC on any strap besides rubber or OEM gator/ bracelet.  Thanks for sharing.
