This is an adv from 1952 Christmass.
The man version with sub second, circa 26 mm diamater. The ladies without sub second, with 16 mm size. They are really tiny watches. Especially in today's trend.
The shape of the case and crytal plexy very fancy.
I saw two different dial version from authentic source.
This one with numeral indexes and strange lines between the dot indexes.

Another way, without numeral indexes, lines and dots.

Both exist with white and black dial.
Let's see what we have !
Comes from 1953, with the second dial variation in black. Yellow gold filled case, cal.480.

Cased and Timed in USA by LeCoultre markings and a serial number.
The cal.480

Common mens movement. Just few examples for the US market modells with this :

Enjoy - and Happy New Year to you.
Cheers,
pplater.
I try take some better pictures, but the not as easy I think, black dial...

Yes, cioccolatone or square case is not a strange thing, but with assymetric design, It's really special.
This is why like the US market JLC watches, the colorfull design.
