It reminds me that I also saw it in the flesh in Taormina ( Sicily ) 1 yera and a half ago...
The idea of getting it crossed my mind...

Ah, the RG on this DBS is just so warm. Great wrist shot, Pink. There are few watches that photograph better than the DBS, IMHO.
Cheers,

Original version (with LE numbers): Platinum (200), Titanium (750), Black titanium (500)
DBS: Pink Gold - a la PinkPanther (300), Titanium (999), Platinum (200), SS (499) AND AMVOX2-Racing: Black (100), White (100)
DBS Transponder (unknown number)
There you have all of the versions of the AMVOX2 and AMVOX2 DBS models. Three distinct models, IMO: Original AMVOX2, AMVOX2 DBS (which I think are variants on the general DBS model) and AMVOX2 DBS Transponder, which is a special edition only offered to the owners of the cars. And 10 variations within the three models for a total of 3,648 pieces (so far!) plus however many Transponders are to be made. The basic choice is between the original and the DBS (unless of course you own an Aston Martin DBS car, in which case how could you NOT get the Transponder!!!!); then it is just a matter of which metal and color scheme you prefer.
Graham, I think you might find the DBS chronograph to be easier to read than you might expect. The pointer remians fixed while the subdials rotate, and I think this not unique but certainly uncommon design makes for a fairly easy reading of the chrono. But I do understand the impressions of some that the dial on this model is busy. I strongly prefer it to the original design, but that is just me.

Yes, I made the count, a few weeks ago, and I arrived just under the 4 000...
You've forgotten one ref, but I can't blame you...

There is not a secret anymore...
Amvox II Racing " Paris Boutique Edition "...
24 pieces, only.
Best,
Nicolas
Can you post a picture of this one or direct me to a prior post, please? I think I may have heard about it, but perhaps only once or not at all, and yes I missed this one, so now we are up to 3,673, correct?
In your post about LeMans there were what appeared to be two variants on the black dial/case Racing edition. One with orange details and one with red (including the calipers at 6 o'clock) -- is one of those the Paris Boutique edition?
Thank you my friend,
respo
This message has been edited by respo on 2009-07-29 07:13:44I feel your trouble, my friend, when it comes to Paris Boutique edition...
What I can tell you is that it will come with a PVD black case, lie on the Black A II Racing, but with the white dial of the other A II Racing version, and maybe something special, but I can't say more for the moment...
I think you forgot the Transponders, and when I made my calculs, I was around 3 900...
Will have to make them again...Damn!
Best,
Nicolas
...since I do not know the exact number of that model, it is not counted in my total. I am unaware of that number being published. If you know the number of Transponders produced or to be produced, let me know. Thanks.
Your friend obsessing over the insignificant,
respo
But you are crazy, man, considering another AMVOX2. LOL You are a very greedy boy, indeed. LOL. But yes, the racing models are very tempting. Wait to see what the Boutique edition looks like. That may be something very special.

If you see my post about the A II Racing, take the black case with the white dial of the other, and you will have 90 % of the Amvox II Racing Boutique Edition.
Best,
Nicolas
