This may or may not be news. Excuse me if I am covering old ground.

 

I received the new Aston Martin magazine today. It features an article on the latest Aston Martin/JLC range: two versions of the Reverso in homage to the AM Vantage Roadster.

 

The Reverso Vantage Grande Automatique (caliber 970) is fitted with an oversize date function at  the 11 o’clock  position and a second time zone. The black guilloche dial is offset by white (or silver??) numerals, all except the ‘8’, which, like the second hand and second time zone hand, is red (reflecting the V8 model code, happily for collectors of lucky numbers!). ‘Bespoke’ detailing includes an engraved silhouette of the Roadster on the caseback and the AM logo on the sub-seconds dial. Case metal is not specified. The magazine image is quite striking, but I expect that it would be contrary to forum copyright policy to reproduce it.

 

The ladies’ version is said to be based on hand-wind calibre 822.

 

It is said that both versions are available for order now through Aston Martin dealerships in ‘very limited’ quantities on a first come, first served basis.

..that looks more like a standard GA Reverso, without the various 'touches' particular to the Vantage Reverso. An early mock-up perhaps? Next week's scans should settle the question. The brochure, on the other hand, is definitely the real deal: thanks for posting!
