Nice looking in the flesh and a very comfortable fit.
Unimpressed with the internal rotating bezel. No ratchet to it and feels like the crown could easily be knocked as it feels quite loose.
Surprised the bezel was bi-directional, having 200m water resistance and a bi-directional bezel feels counter intuitive.

Thanks for pointing out I could get a different model with external clicking bezel, really helpful. I actually have the Charles Darwin Aquatimer which has a ratcheted internal dive bezel as part of the safe dive system so the execution is possible. But thanks for your valuable insight.

I'm not in the market for another dive watch. Like many on here, I like experiencing new watches in the flesh and was just sharing my initial observations.
I agree, the Mariner Memovox is the only Polaris with an uni-directional internal bezel and a screw-down crown if I am not mistaken.
I wanted to like this model
but seeing it on the wrist of a client it just looked flat and uninteresting and just a bit too big because of it!
I disagree
I thought it looked really nice with a really impressive dial execution, certainly prefer it to the green which I think is popular. Felt really light as well, titanium like weight despite being steel. The additional new canvas strap options offer a new dimension as well, especially the grey / steel coloured one.
I like the look a lot, but, I need a rotating bezel on my dive watches…just my preference look-wise!
