Unfortunately, not a fan of having the SEAL Trident on it. The Trident is one of the most coveted awards/accomplishments in the military. Since I'm not a SEAL, I could never wear a watch with a Trident.

You have JLC prominent in your collection…do you draw any distinctions between pre Richemont JLC and post? Quality style etc…
Pre Richemont turned around the Reverso and the Master Control line, basically. Since JLC is part of the Richemont Group, the collection is much more diverse and rich.
MC IMO is by far the Best JLC's!
I think Master Compressor is one of the most perfectly designed Dive Watches ever made. Bold, masculine...badass by all accounts.

I totally agree on the merits of this model! Such a strong presence, visually and on the wrist.
The strong family resemblance to the Polaris was another plus!I was lucky to get hold of a version from a fairly small series (30 pcs) from a Spanish jeweller that had the etching in the crystal. Loved it. And much later, I got the articulated rubber bracelet which basically completed the package.
