Can't get enough from JLC Ultra thin.

All depends on comfort. Some reverse the strap for comfort or to more easily manipulate the deployant. Go with whichever works best for you. [nt]

Then changed it the other way. Just have to feel my way on whats best but they said picture above is what most Jlc enthusiast go for.

Having the edge of the strap tuck in the loops in the same direction as on a traditional tang buckle is the default, I believe.

So I agree that your pic shows the default.

But I generally prefer tang buckles for comfort anyhow, so I'd always play around to find the most comfortable configuration.

Great JLC, by the way. Ultra thins are a JLC strength.

My ultra thin is 38.5 mm , slightly bigger than your and its self winding with the 896 Jlc movement. What is yours may i ask.

It came with a black aligator strap , but had it changed ro a dark brown one.
