Like the AP high beat they are just in your face awesome!!! RM is amazing, period.

It looks like each lug is separate from any part of the case, have not seen the back but I see a beveled to beveled edge on the lugs and case.

to mind.  But no other watch firm uses it to the same effect!

RM012 probably still my favourite RM. 

I have it from a reliable source that one of these rare beauties (only 10pcs in Pt) will be landing in the Geneva RM boutique next week, for those who want to go check it out...

Doubleup: It's no coincidence, since the movement was conceived in the same workshops...at that super-movement house APRenaud&Papi  ;-)

it has presence and heft.  The movement has a three dimensional quality that is missing from your photo (as good as your photo is), and it is the most accurate watch that Richard has ever developed.  Cannot remember the timing accuracy off the top of my head, but it is formidable!

actually I think it would look amazing in a sapphire case (a la RM56).  The only (very minor) negative is that the strap is really thick at the lugs which makes it stand up a long way off your wrist at the sides.

You are right on the depth of the dial and look forward to seeing your report... a blackberry phone cannot do this piece justice.

It's a movement aimed at reaching high chronometric results and I love its design (even if I prefer the RM033's case).

Be putting it up against Jaeger's super accurate tourbillon pieces in the annual chronometer tests do you know? They deserve to compare it with best out there given the huge amount of work that has gone in. 

I personally am waiting to get a few quotes on a kidney and half a liver....
