Only kidding. Do a lot with my watch on but sleep is not one. No particular reason just habit. I guess I am the opposite of Abel sleep habit.

In fact apart from my St Christopher, which my daughters gave me about 15 years ago, i wear nothing else!!!!!! smile

I always take off my watch before bed, and before a shower.
Don't like to care much about time when asleep, and feel uncomfortable with it on in bed, also don't need to see the time for the 5 mins it takes to shower.
