I was going through my notes and remembered this. There were a lot of last minute bids and it went to $4,500 for a watch that doesn't run and doesn't have the correct movement for the case. The case is number #347 and should have mov't serial #347, but it is mismatched with serial #3223. I thought the results impressive considering the conditions of the watch. At least two people bit it up to that number.

I think it was relisted again after buyer backed out. We wrote extensively about the watch problems and evidently the buyer found the postings on Omega Forums. Still the watch successfully sold a second time for $3,200! If it wasn't for the rarity, I would have considered #347 just a parts watch.
