I don't like the Urban Jurgensen for its dial color, hour hand, the lugs and foremost its size which I find far too large for a basic dress watch.
This leaves the Murakamo and the 3960G. Between those two I would pick the Murakamo w/o any doubt as the 3960G's case looks a little too old-fashioned for me including the fairly wide roundish bezel. I appreciate that the 3960G is rare but if it has to be a Patek I'd rather get a 5022P which has the same 33mm size and 215 movement but looks a little more modern in my eyes.
Size-wise both 33mm and 37mm are fine for me. I frequently wear a 34mm 3998P and I don't care that some people think 33 or 34mm is outdated. Typically basic dress watches don't get better by inflating the size. Case in point is the 5196 where the small movement is tough to swallow. You could also wait for the 2021 Calatrava releases. Maybe there is a successor for the 5196P w an appropriately sized movement.
