Hey guys,

I would like to buy Moser Perpetual and uust want to know your opinions what to select:
1. In platinum with grey dial OR
2. In rose gold with black dial

Your thoughts and wrist shots are wellcome.

... I'd opt for the platinum with grey dial. I feel it is a bit more of a balanced pairing of colours, the RG/Black is a bit too strong for my liking.  Having said that personally while not one for rose gold normally, I'd go for the Ref: 314.501-004.

The RG case & black dial has a strong contrast and I think that the PT version would be more timeless.

either way.  Like 2 of the posts above, I think the Rg Black dial contrast is a tad strong.  If you can, go to the AD to have a look at the Mayu RG/Black example.  On the net, the RG/Black looks very nice and I was considering it but in the metal, for me, it was less nice.

As for the PT/Grey example, also take a look at the PT/Grey Mayu in the metal.  Again, for me, how it appeared on the net was nicer than in the metal and my favortie metal is PT.

I have ended up ordering the RG/Silver dial version which for me, was so much nicer in the metal than on the net.

Again, the above is subject to my wierd taste so my advice is to go take a look in the metal but in any of the iterations the Perpetual 1 comes in, I don;t think you can go wrong becuase as a watch itself, I think it is great!

Just want to know if Moser introduces ever the Straumann double hairspring escapement for the Perpatual 1. Any ideas??
