Moser has been on my "radar" for quite a while now and I have to say that their, this, Perpetual Calendar is, to me, the epitome of class! Absolutely sublime wrist watch. The simplicity of the dial and marvelous mouvement finish.

But I would just like to add my hearty congratulations, once more.
IMO It is a very much understated timepiece.
But your photos certainly do it justice. The movement & craftmanship is superb.
I think that I can see how the leap year indicator works................But not 100% sure.
Would you mind explaining.

The leap year is represented by the blackened arrow. Thus 2009 would be pointed to by the lever as '1' since the next leap year will be in 2012. Come jan 2010, it advances automatically to '2'. You adjust this by using a pusher at 9. Hope it helps?

As much as I wanted to but I doubt so as I had a long day today,
I'm turning in soon, 1.5hrs before midngiht, what a shame hahaha, I'm a old man!
But I had a great day today, taking my watch out for the first time, first day, and on the last day of the year, that's a coincidene.

The latest Moser offerings out of Baselworld 2013
rekindles my love for my piece which has been left in my safe for a while unworn for sometime. After reading the latest Moser Perpetual 1 post, see link:
I dug up my old post and relook how happy I was when I brought it home from my AD back then. My apologies for digging up some old pix of the original Moser Perpetual 1 that started it all, and I hope you could bear with me 
Basel 2013 introduced many pieces which stirred up quite a few emotion amongst the collectors alike. Tudor Montecarlo Blue is really how a gentle reminder of the forgotten great is still relevant and treasured, even though they might suffer some less wrist time as we tend to wear our latest acquired pieces more.
Thanks to Anthony for that new Moser Perpetual 1 post, I'm sure to dig mine up soon and give it the wrist time it deserves.
