Just recently I have learned about the Speak Marin independent brand; I must say I was immediately swept away by the design of these watches.

Until now I have not yet done a lot of research into the brand.

Has anybody got some thoughts to share about this brand (good or bad)?

Peters work is nice and I'm there is at least one piece in his collection that you will fancy. If you want to wait a bit, Petere is also coming out with his in-house SM1 movement next year in select pieces.  More embellished than the current movement.

You may want to send an email to Peter to inquire about your particular piece. Peter is extremely responsive even when he is travelling.

Have fun in your search.  I'm sure you'll find a PSM piece that will thrill your soul.

Speake-Marin watches are a joy to look at.  Cases are thicker when compared to the average watch case, so if you're not used to wearing a watch that feels "big", you'll have to get used to it.  His distinctive lugs are beautifully executed, and the watches will wear larger than advertised on paper since the lugs protude outward.

Which model do you have your eye on?
