Does anyone own a Parmigiani Pershing?

I am a very enthusiastic Parmigiani admirer, and have "auditioned" the Pershing twice, once at a brand-sponsored dinner and once at my AD. I wanted very much to be impressed, but walked away unexcited on both occasions. There isn't really much of an apples-to-apples comparison in the product line, but the Kalpagraph is as close as one can get, and that seems to me to be a hugely more appealing watch at (steel vs. steel) a comparable price point, so long as the Pershing's apparent additional ruggedness isn't required.

For me the red is a awesome color for the Pershing.  Which dial color are you thinking of getting?

I don't own a Pershing but I recommend it if it appeals to you.  Blue looks great too!

We have several reports showing the Pershing from SIHH visits (try doing a forum search) , but doesn't anyone own one?

I personally love the Parmigiani Pershing line and think it will be the line that gets them noticed more.  If you like Panerai and Offshores, you'll probably like the Pershing line IMO.  They are large watches but they fit small wrists due to the great iconic Parmigiani curved lugs.

Price points are a tad high IMO so that is the only drawback.  Beautiful designs and use of the rubber inlay in the bezel is fabulous.

Kalpa and Pershing do not speak to me. Pitty that Toric is now restricted to grand complication / unique piece.
