and I know some ebauches sold to German companies so I presume that's where the inspiration comes from. I think the best way to do this in a wristwatch would be to put the fourth wheel in the center and couple them vertically, or with an oscillating pinion. 

Maybe it will come in 42 and 40 mm options?

Display of central second, hour, minute and stop second indicator from the center, power reserve at 9, 30 min counter at 3, grained engraved silver-plated brass dial, engraving technique in the tradition of old precision pendulum clocks, engraving of the numbers in black, steel hands thermally blued.
