This is a early 20th century pocket watch from Robert Cart, inventor of the Heures Sautantes jump hour watch.  I am hoping to find more information as to what the production numbers were of watches with his own name.  I own a WG piece as well, both have higher end, well finished movements.  Surely his self names pieces are relatively obscure, as he may well be behind the scenes of the jump hour design.
