[BaselWorld 2017] Beat Haldimann
Beat Haldimann showed his H11 two hand and H12 three hand watches, at BaselWorld 2017 for the very first time in a stainless steel case.
As always Beat's watches show us best finishing and are hand made without the help of CNC machines.
The hand design is based on the hands of a Haldimann Fréres pocket watch from 1790.
Of course these watches are also available in rose gold!
Beat is also know for his pendulum clocks, here his double pendulum resonance clock.
The two independent movements are linked through the resonance between the two pendulums.

love his work
and those are very nice new iterations. I am still not sure about the off-center small seconds on the H12 though. Works for the Journe CS but for Halidmann's esthetic I'd rather see it centered.
