The Overseas & Luminosity
Hi all - wondered if you have any information regarding the material used to create the luminous elements of my 2007 Overseas - I assume it is Super Luminova or Luminova, lumibrite? I have read an article that describes these proprietary compounds in some detail that you may well be aware -
Anyone found a light source that gives a sustained result? Any other information would be interesting to know.
Incidentally the new V.C Boutique in Bond Street is, as you might expect, staffed by some very helpful and knowledgeable people. They looked after me very well on a recent visit and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I assume your Overseas is equipped with C1 SuperLuminova ...
... which is the colour code for white SL. LumiBrite is a brandname registered by Seiko for practically the same thing, that was originally developed by Nemoto.
Luminova and SuperLuminova are the same thing, but originally used by different license producers.
