The 1582 is especially attractive with the dial having numerals and batons as hour markers.  The brown / burgundy strap is also lovely and matches the dial and case well.

Gordon..i do agree on the dial..its quite lovely..I was fortunate to have RG version but sadly got rid of it and regretted it.

That I had earlier and got rid of regrettably...much nicer and with the silvered dial too..

I agree with everyone else in saying that these would be keepers in anyone's collection.  Why did you let go of the one you show in your last post?

Hi Stewart..thanks for the compliments.Let go of the RG version sadly as I had seen another vintage Patek I wanted and as much as i'd like to hold on to everything I collect sometimes I have to part with some to get others..it feels like selling off your kids!! But there you go...

In this instance i do regret it for sure
