Registering my Pateks on patek.com ?
Hi folks, I registered a new Patek on the website ages ago* and I got an email back saying it wil take a few weeks. Since then, nothing.
Emailing [Email address suppressed for privacy] is like throwing a brick into a void.
Any suggestions?

If I remember correctly, the only reaction I got after the registration was the Patek Magazine. Do you expect some kind of confirmation?

Getting the magazine through the mail is the only reaction I received as well, possibly apart from a short email confirmation of my submission. Do hang onto the outer-brown wrapper of the mag as it will have your 'member code' on it. Future issues, will have your member details on the welcome letter, found between page 1 and 2. This used to printed on PP letter head but as of the last issue, it looks like they are integrating it into the magazine.
