At first sight the white dials look pale
Not very impressed by the new white dials. I think it's just a concession to the market everybody of the watch industry is trying to please: Chinese customers! They prefer light dials.
Hehe that's because our skin tone is bait tan ... :)))
Then again you should see the amount of color gold watch we buy. I always wonder why? Yellow gold with white dial ... hmmm ...
Of course there's also a lot of white metal black dial sport watch went flying off the counter as soon as they arrive at the store.
Don't forget the mother of pearl, enamel, blue dial, cream dial, grey dial are also quite popular here in asia.
I think maybe the weather is main factor :P

I don't agree with you
I am a Chinese, but this white dial looks awful for me. It is not my taste.
looks very girly
to me, I am Chinese but I don't like sport watches with light coloured dial. None of my "male" friends have sport watches in white dial unless it is a rugged design like a Rolex explorer II or a PAM. Dress watches are OK with white dial, I love enamel white dial on dress watches.
