Assuming it is about 35mm in diameter, it has the same case and NEARLY the same dial as a 1590 that I've seen. The difference is that one had only arabic numbers at 12, and dots/sticks the rest of the way but my experience with vintages says that's probably not enough difference for Patek to have given a different ref number. thanks for your message, yes total diameter is 35mm MERCI BEAUCOUP!

The corpuscular 6 under the small second was used in the ref. 1461.

The only alteration of the 1461 from my archive and yours is the scaling of the small second, the rest is identical.

All of the 1461's I've seen, and the ones google turned up in a quick search were in the 32mm range for diameter

I found the excat watch reference, that mostlikely is yours.

is 32mm Excluding the crown and 1509 is 35mm Excluding the crown.

yes it's a 1461 model, but i don't find exactly this model do you know why.
