I've been looking at the 5059 and ran across one discription that stated that the dial was enamel over a gold base. Was just wondering if this was true, as I love enamel dials. Thanks.

Unfortunetly its not an enamel dial, when reading any watch description the only watches that are truly enamel dials will
have "emal" as a reference much like the "j" stands for yellow gold.

possibly misinformed
The dial is very stark white. I would imagine that it is very hard to create an enamel dial with so many windows. In fact I dont know too many with windows. Possibly Jaquet Droz has 1 or 2 models. Any others guys?
