Patek Philippe

I was in Las vegas last summer and got a chance to look at a few watch stores.  One watch that seemed to jump out at me is the Aquanaut in RG with the brown dial and strap.  Does anyone have one?  Thoughts on the watch?  Thanks,

I  think the rose gold aquanaut is stunnning.

 

The brown dial complements the hue of the gold perfectly.  I'd personally prefer it on a leather strap but that's very easy to fix.

I think that watch is too expensive for what it is at over US$28k.  Unfortunately, it is going up abut 16%, from what I heard.

They are a great buy in my eyes as well as in others'

Agree that 5167R is definitely handsome - rose gold with deep brown face quite attractive in person - pictures do not do it justice. 

Rubber strap is limiting.......would prefer option for switch out to leather strap to make it more versatile.  Not sure that this is possible.

I never bought 5167 because I liked it, didn't love it.........and when you are only in "like", the price/value question becomes more relevant.  And there is no arguing that at $28k or so, plus 9% sales tax in CA, it is pricey for a simple watch.
